Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of Omni Hair Connection products, there are no refunds or exchanges- NO EXCEPTIONS
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the Best products and Top Quality Virgin hair.

An exchange will only be issued if the there is an error on our end- NO EXCEPTIONS
Shipping Policy
All Units and products are shipped through USPS
Due to the time and detail that goes into each custom wig, standard orders are fulfilled within 7-21 business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Ready-to-Ship Units generally ship the next business day.

To avoid delays in shipping, please be sure the shipping and billing address are matching at checkout. We will not edit orders or shipping addresses. The order will be canceled.

ALL MEDIUM TO HIGH RISK ORDERS FOR FRAUD WILL BE CANCELED.
